  • Player Evaluation Day Scheduling: Schedule player evaluation date/time using SignUp.com. Use this link to be taken to the player evaluation schedule page. 6U players do not have an evaluation. https://signup.com/go/YDtWLgR
  • Player Evaluation Day Instructions: Please arrive at the fields 30 minutes before your scheduled evaluation time in order to check in and have time to loosen up. Bring helmet, cleats, bat, glove, equipment face guard.
  • Snack Shack Deposit Checks: Two snack shack checks WILL BE collected!! All families MUST complete two snack shack shifts. Scheduling link will be emailed. Checks will be returned upon shift completion or deposited for incompletion.
  • Snack Shack Buy Out: To buy out your snack shack shifts, it is $150 per shift at the time of registration.
  • Important Dates: See WVGS.org for our league calendar.
  • Parent Volunteers Needed: Auxiliary volunteer parents are needed to help with player evaluation day, opening day, snack shack, Jessica Roberts tournament, etc. Please sign up at SignUp.com when opportunities are posted.
  • Are Dogs Allowed?: Unfortunately, no dogs or any animals are permitted on WVGS Fields
  • Are there extra costs?: Parents do pitch in for a banner, parade flair, and raffle tickets (Spring) and perhaps for the team party at the end. This money never seemed "unreasonable".

Snack Shack Buyout per Family - Spring
Snack Shack Buyout per Family - Spring $300.00 Per Item
In the Spring each family is required to volunteer for 2 x 3 hour shifts working at the Snack Shack. Parents who would prefer not to volunteer can buy out their obligation for the Spring season for $300(one buyout per family regardless of number of children playing).
